Acknowledgement for Groupe Scholaire Mère du Verbe

  • The Stirling Foundation does not cover the cost of internet fees, preparing and submitting the Groupe Scholaire Mère du Verbe scholarship application.
  • All applications are reviewed in the order they are received. 
  • The Stirling Foundation is currently accepting applications from 2021 and 2022 graduates of Groupe Scholaire Mère du Verbe.
  • The Stirling Foundation does not wire scholarship funds to individual students or their families under any circumstances.
  • Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum of cumulative 3.0 GPA (83-86%) in order to renew the scholarship for the following academic year.
  • Scholarship recipients are required to return to Rwanda and will have the opportunity to complete their degree online if their GPA falls below 3.0.
  • Scholarship recipients are required to obtain employment according to their F-1 student visa regulations at the end of their first year of studies at BYU-Idaho.
  • Scholarship recipients are required to return to Rwanda for a minimum of two years after completing their degree. They must agree to not remain in the U.S. any longer than one additional year, calculated from the date of graduation, before returning home to Rwanda.
