Acknowledgement Form Middle East and North Africa

  • The Stirling Foundation does not cover the cost of electronic devices such as computers, laptops or phones. The scholarship does not cover the cost of internet fees.
  • All applications are reviewed in the order they are received. 
  • It takes up to 9 months for an application to be reviewed.
  • The Stirling Foundation is currently accepting applications from graduates of Rwanda Kibeho School (20-22 grad years), Middle East and North Africa applicants recommended by Government Officials or Programs.
  • The Stirling Foundation does not wire scholarship funds outside of the United States. This means that applicants are responsible to cover passport filing fees, transcript translation fees, and $160 US Consulate Visa filing fee.
  • Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum of 3.0 GPA in order to renew the scholarship for the following academic year.
  • Scholarship recipients are required to return to their home countries and complete their degree online if their GPA falls below 3.0.
  • Scholarship recipients are required to obtain employment according to their F-1 student visa regulations at the end of their first year of studies at BYU-Idaho.
